This is an important notice for CITIZEN “xC(Model Code:EC114****)”customers.
We have recently come to identify the possibility that some of the CITIZEN “xC (Model Code:EC114****)” watches manufactured by December 2016 had a faulty connection between the band and the watch case. This situation will not happen under normal use but its end-piece may disengage and rotate when the band is pulled with force.
For customers who have experienced such case, we ask that you contact the CITIZEN service center..
