This is an important notice for the customers of CITIZEN “Eco-Drive One(Model Code:AR5044-03E)”.
We have recently come to identify there is a possibility that some of the CITIZEN “Eco-Drive One(Model Code:AR5044-03E)” watches released in September 2018 had a faulty condition in the push buttons of the buckle.
The fixation of the push buttons is unstable, so that they may come off during use.
For customers who have experienced such case, we sincerely ask you to contact the CITIZEN service center.
