Q. Where can I have my watch repaired?
A.  Since CYBER AQUALAND is a diver's watch, any trouble of it needs to be repaired in our service base. Ask a watch store or the CITIZEN SERVICE CENTER for repair.


Q. I purchased my CYBER AQUALAND in a foreign country. Is it guaranteed in my country?
A.  Your watch is guaranteed only in the country where you purchased it. If you purchase a watch in a foreign country and have it repaired in your country, some charge may be applied for the repair even in the guarantee period.
 However, if you have the valid international guarantee, you can have your watch repaired at free of charge. For the international guarantee system, consult CITIZEN SERVICE CENTER. The international guarantee system is applicable when you purchase a watch in your country and have it repaired in a foreign country.


Q. What is the guarantee period for the communication unit?
A.  The guarantee period of the communication unit is one year after purchase, which is the same with the watch.


Q. Can I purchase the communication unit, CD-ROM, cable, case, and ferrite core separately?
A.  We do not sell these items separately. Consult the nearest CITIZEN SERVICE CENTER.
