Connection
The watch became unconnectable.
Below may be possible causes. Try the following remedies in sequence.

Power reserve is not enough. (The second hand moves every two-second.) | Charge the watch. |
The crown is not in position 0. | Push the crown in to position 0. |
The dedicated app is not activated. | Start the dedicated app. |
The flight mode of the watch is activated. | Deactivate the flight mode. |
There is some obstacle between the watch and the smartphone./The distance between the watch and the smartphone is too large. | Confirm that the distance between the watch and smartphone is within 10 m (33 feet) and no obstruction of communication exists between them. |
The smartphone is not connected with the Internet. | Connect it with the Internnet. |
The dedicated app “CITIZEN Eco-Drive W510 (former name: CITIZEN Eco-Drive Riiiver)” is not up to date. | Update the dedicated app. |
Bluetooth on your smartphone is turned off. | Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone. |
Bluetooth sharing on your smartphone is turned off. | Turn on Bluetooth sharing on your smartphone. |
The GPS function of your smartphone (Android) is turned off. | Turn on the GPS function on your smartphone. |
Try pairing again when they cannot be connected.
