Connection

The watch became unconnectable.

Below may be possible causes. Try the following remedies in sequence.

Power reserve is not enough.
(The second hand moves every two-second.)
Charge the watch.
The crown is not in position 0.Push the crown in to position 0.
The dedicated app is not activated.Start the dedicated app.
The flight mode of the watch is activated.Deactivate the flight mode.
There is some obstacle between the watch and the smartphone./The distance between the watch and the smartphone is too large.Confirm that the distance between the watch and smartphone is within 10 m (33 feet) and no obstruction of communication exists between them.
The smartphone is not connected with the Internet.Connect it with the Internnet.
The dedicated app “CITIZEN Eco-Drive W510 (former name: CITIZEN Eco-Drive Riiiver)” is not up to date.Update the dedicated app.
Bluetooth on your smartphone is turned off.Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
Bluetooth sharing on your smartphone is turned off.Turn on Bluetooth sharing on your smartphone.
The GPS function of your smartphone (Android) is turned off.Turn on the GPS function on your smartphone.

Try pairing again when they cannot be connected.
