Connection
Connection breaks unintentionally.
The watch and the smartphone are disconnected automatically after finishing data communication.
In other cases than above, below may be possible causes. Try the following remedies in sequence.
Cause | Remedies |
---|---|
Power reserve is not enough. (The second hand moves every two-second.) | Charge the watch. |
Crown's position was changed. | Keep the crown at position 0 while the watch is connected. |
The dedicated app was quit. | Keep the dedicated app activated while the watch is connected. |
The flight mode of the watch is activated. | Keep the flight mode deactivated while the watch is connected. |
The distance between the watch and the smartphone became too far. | Keep distance where Bluetooth connection is available. |
There is some obstacle between the watch and the smartphone. | Connect them in a place with no obstacle. |
The dedicated app cannot run in the background. | Change settings of the smartphone so that the app can run in the background. |

- Choosing “Not optimized” in “Battery optimization”
- Turning off the “Battery saver”
- Allowing “Running in background”
