Cannot log in service on the dedicated app.
Below may be possible causes. Try the following remedies in sequence.

The account/social account (Apple ID, Gmail, etc.) you try to use is different from that you had registered; you entered a wrong account name and/or a wrong password. | Select and enter the correct account and password. |
The dedicated app is not up to date. | Update the dedicated app. |
